This is a lovely set of six little stemmed glasses. They date to the mid-20th century and are in excellent condition with no damage.
The bowl of each glass flares outwards towards the rim. On one side of each glass are images of two fighting cockerels that are finely painted in coloured enamels. The colouring and details of the birds are quite lovely and they would look fantastic on display in a cocktail cabinet. The rim of each glass has a gold gilding.
Dimensions: Each glass is 11 cm high (4 1/4 inches). The rim has a diameter of 7.5 cm (just under 3 inches) and the foot is 6 cm (2 1/4 inches). The weight of 6 glasses (unpacked) is under 400 grams.
