These old Cornishware Storage Jars or Cannisters always look great on display in your kitchen.
This is a nice large size and has an overall height of 5 1/2 inches and with a diameter at the base of just over 4 inches.
It is marked on the base with a black shield mark which dates it to the 1930s - 1950s. ]
The word Sultanas is under the glaze and with the sans serif lettering.
It is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or staining.
The glaze is without staining and is nice and shiny.
Indeed it is in very good vintage condition - as nice a one as you might find.
Unpacked it weighs 800 grams.
