This is a vintage powder compact for loose face powders. It has its original power sifter or mesh and a little powder puff.
It dates to the late 1960s or early 1970s.
It has never been used and It is in a like-new condition - so no hygiene issues with it.
The main body is gold-tone - and the top of the lid has a gold satin finish with a shiny gold ring around the edge. In the center there is a little decorative "faux" cameo (made of pink plastic) as photographed
The mirror inside the lid is clean and without marks or spots on the surface.
The diameter is 7 cm (2 3/4 inches).

My asking price reflects its age and its exceptional condition.
It is made by Margaret Rose (England) and is still in its original card box.
