This is an interesting vintage 1960s or 1970s vintage 9-carat solid gold ring.
It is a large size ring - the hoop is thinner on this ring than on the other ones in my Iconic Edinburgh online store.
The front of the ring has a large, flat oval smoky brown quartz stone; cut with facets. It sits on the raised gold setting on four geometric claws, as photographed. The shoulders of the ring are embellished with two gold hearts on each side.
The brown quartz looks very fine with the warm gold tones of the setting. The stone measures 1.5 cm x 1 cm.
It is a lovely and more unusual gold dress ring and a larger more substantial size being UK size S - as photographed.
It is fully marked with production details inside the hoop.
It is being sold in fine vintage condition, will be sent all nice and clean suitable as a gift - and sent in a good quality ring box.
