This is a very attractive larger sized paperweight designed for Caithness Glass by Margot Thomson.
It is a domed, egg-shaped weight - which is faceted on opposing sides.
When you look into either polished facet - you can see beautiful swirls - all purple and green in ribbons - with a large bubble in the centre with a teeny wee bubble above.
The main body colour of the weight is a rich aqua green turning darker to the top.
It is number 21 out of a small edition of 350 weights.
On its released back in the early 1990s, it would have cost £100 - so my asking price for this attractive weight remains a very fair one.
It measures 3 inches in diameter and 4 inches in height.
