It is a rare survivor and dates to the early 1920s \/ 1930s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe main body colour is black - and it is decorated two rainbow-coloured water lilies. A dragonfly hovers above in the top right-hand corner. The maker's name and details are noted on the side, as photographed. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe tin is in good vintage condition - given that it is nearly 100 years old now. There are no nasty dents or scratches - there is a little rubbing to the edges - but nothing disfiguring.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe interior is rust-free - and there are no major dents.  It looks nicer in \"real life\" than in my photographs - the black colour seems to reflect the light - and the tin is certainly flat black in tone.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese old tins are now hard to find in this condition and with such an attractive and stylish design.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt measures 7 inches wide; and has a depth of 5 3\/4 inches.
