The company was founded by Gustaf Eriksson in 1856 and over the years Gense has collaborated with some of the most renowned designers. Many of their early \/ mid 20th-century designs are still in production today and are considered design classics.  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe stylish Egyptian-inspired design is called Thebes and it was originally designed by Folke Arstom in 1944. Of course, like most items of Swedish design it is made to the highest standards of quality. On offer here is a set of six forks measuring about 7 inches in length.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe forks are in a fine vintage condition with only a few fine surface scratches. This design is now hard to find, so minor signs of wear are quite acceptable. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe rare pieces of Swedish cutlery are listed at a fair price.
