The company was founded in 1946 by Normann Zeuthen and from 1948 they began producing these fine art pottery ceramics.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe pottery used red clay and decorated their pots with shiny white glaze forming delicate patterns of dots, stars, or blossoms. Here we have lots of little white daisies all over the exterior.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis lovely piece was probably made by the potter Edith Nielsen, who would later establish her own studio and make wares which she signed simply \"Edith\".\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt retains its original paper label on the base as photographed. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePlease also see my little Zeuthen posy ring or stand in the same pattern. The little decorative jug is in perfect condition with no damages.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese vintage pieces of Danish art pottery are highly collectable and this is reflected in my asking price.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDimensions: Height is 4 3\/4 inches.
