The little card figures all stand on wee wooden stands.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe sides of the box are made of card and the lid is tin. It is designed to look like the tower of a fort. There are little printed images of A canon on the top of the lid. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe military figures are not all in totally perfect condition  - but are all fairly nice and display well. They are about 70 years old now. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are not dated but on stylistic grounds - they probably date from the early 1950s. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe word “Mascot” appears on the side of the tin, depicted on a flag that is carried by a little dog.
