It was made in Scotland, possibly by Vasart Glass in the late 1950s. The glass dome has a more grey tone to the glass - rather than being crystal clear - this grey tone is often found in Vasart weights. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThere is no maker's cane to be seen in this weight, and again this is consistent with what you might find in Vasart examples.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThere is a more unusual black coloured ground, into which the millefiori canes are placed. There is a central orange cane surrounded by a dusty pink and white rosette. There are seven black and white twist ribbon latticino canes - with white, pink, and peppermint green millefiori canes in each section. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe diameter at the widest point is 2 1\/4 inches and the height is 1 1\/2 inches.
