The back is marked: Stainless Steel. The length makes them great utensils for sharing platters or fondue type foods. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe are very well made and certainly look very Scandi-modern and stylish. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLove the fact that all the boxes have survived - perhaps a 1960s or 1970s wedding present - put away in the back of a cupboard and forgotten about. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey will be sent to you with Royal Mail Tracked Service.
