It is made of stoneware with a dark brown and rust-coloured glaze. The base area is a darker colour and it gets a little lighter towards the top. The glaze is slightly textured with a rough grain finish to it. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has a brass bulb holder with an on - off switch on it. There is a little made-in-Sweden sticker on the inside of the lamp. And there is a rust-coloured brown felt on the base, to finish the lamp off nicely, and to stop the ceramic from scratching your furniture. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has been re-wired before listing - so it is ready to just plug in and use. It is earthed on the bulb holder (as photographed) for your safety. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is sold without a shade - so you will have to select one of your choice. The lamp has no condition issues and no damages. A great lamp which would fit in beautifully with an Arabia Ruska collection of Swedish stoneware items. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHeight: 7 3\/4 inches.
