The top has circles cut into the domed area and these can twist about revealing a round window when in the open position. When they are twisted to closed, they are backfilled by the black plastic below, all as photographed.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe orb shape is very space age;  atomic in design.   \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is just over 3 1\/2 inches in height with a diameter of about 4 inches. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs you can see from my photographs - I have two of these in stock. Both now sold.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI have actually personally owned these in my own collection for many years. They have always been looked after. Both are nice and clean with no evidence of either ever having been used.
