These were symbols were used by the Royal Air Force.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI love the lid of this pot where the little pilot has been applied to the lid section on the cockpit and to fill your pot - you lift him and the wing section right out. Check out his funny wee face - very 70s!  The spout is where the propellor would come out. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eStuart Taylor has called the teapot T46 (referring to another plane of the 1930s). I don't think that this pot would hold enough tea for 6 people! \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt is in lovely condition with no damage and I don't think that it has ever been used. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe overall length of the pot is about. 8 inches. The height is about 5 1\/2 inches. The wingspan is 7 3\/4 inches. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt is a very lovely wee teapot that is nearly 50 years old.
