This design has been discontinued so it is rather collectable, despite its more recent date. It has a large lip on the rim which is makes it easy for you to pour the contents out of the bowl after mixing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese more recent bowls can be easily distinguished from older pieces as it has a blue band right up to the rim. Earlier bowls are more often round with a white band around the rim.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is in good vintage condition with no chips, cracks or nasty staining or discolouration to the pottery. It is marked on the based 10 oz (for fluid ounces). \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a nice size great for mixing batters and sauces in.
