Pooley of Liverpool and marked on the top of the main body section.  Henry Pooley \u0026amp; Son Ltd was a mechanical engineering company that specialized in the manufacture of weighing machines and weights. They were formed in the 18th century and were initially based in Liverpool, before relocating to Birmingham. I\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003en 1913 the firm became part of the Avery organization but continued as a separate firm\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are in very nice antique condition.
