There are holes in the roof for the expulsion of the pepper. The pot is filled from the base by the little hole capped with a screw-on cap, as photographed. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is beautifully modelled and dates to around 1900. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe height is 3 1\/4 inches (8.5 cm).  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThere are makers marks on the bottom which are think are WH90 (for Wang Hing) and there are also some other Chinese character marks that I have photographed. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eI have taken lots of images so that you can see all the details on this fine piece and assess its condition. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eIt is nice and clean with no damages.
