The glass shade is an original one and not a later reproduction.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe pendant shade is a quirky acorn shape with deeply engraved geometric criss-cross decoration around the neck, as you might find on crystal glasses.  The chrome (on brass) gallery holding the shade is a replacement but is to the same design as the original one would have been. The cable simply attaches to your light connections in your ceiling rose.    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe shade measures including the holder 6 3\/4 inches in height. From the tip of the shade to the rim - it measures 6 1\/4 inches. The diameter at the rim is 3 1\/8 inches and is 4 inches in diameter at its widest point. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI love the engraved decorations cut into the clear glass of the main body section. It is very Art Nouveau in style.
