It has the maker's mark for Mark Willian Hutton and Sons. The base section is weighted with lead inside to make it heavy and to hold the weight of the watch in balance.   \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is in excellent condition with no damage. Your watch would have from the little hook on the front. These little watch stands were special novelty items made for rich Edwardian gentlemen - and are now rare survivors. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe height is 9.5 cm.
