The modelling on this pair is more minimalistic and monumental in form than other examples in my Etsy store. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThey are a matched pair, as created. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eEach dog has a little gold coloured collar with a padlock on it - the padlock and chain on each dog have some rubbing and quite a lot of losses to the gilding - but this is common on these old Victorian examples. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThey are fine display pieces - and will look fabulous on a mantlepiece or old-fashioned kitchen dresser. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eApart from losses to the old gold gilt (a little more pronounced on one doggie) - there are no damages, cracks or chips to my dogs. They have their original brown glass eyes. Matching positioning of kiln air-holes on the back of each model - showing that these are a historic pair and been together since first made. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eHeight: 9 1\/2 inches.
