He has a white label and button in his ear. He has little black glass eyes and brown stitched nose (it looks a bit grey coloured in my close-up image - but it is actually a darker brown which ties in more with the colour of the fur). He looks back to earlier bears - and he has a little hump on the his shoulders. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis bear dates to 2004 and was made as a special issue for the collector's club to raise awareness for breast cancer. He is a standard model but the addition of the little awareness pin on his left ear was added especially to highlight the issue. He has a round paper label on his chest as photographed, and also has his original paper tags (no certificate as I don't think that he was issued with a certificate, His gives his edition number). He has the usual Steiff gold button with a white ribbon. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs you can see from my photographs - he is an attractive bear - and is totally clean. My bear is in pristine condition and has been always kept in his box. He is in \"as-new\" condition with no smells or dust on his fur (as with all my bears on my website). You will not be disappointed with it. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis classic bear is a slightly larger size  He is just over 11 inches (28 cm) in height. He comes with his original box and a Steiff Collectors Club leaflet.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eHe is Issue No. 038938. He is a lovely vintage bear which replicates the original one first issued back in 1909.
