This is a fine and rare set of SIX matching vintage Waterford Crystal 9oz tumblers or whisky glasses.
They are still in their original old cardboard box and have never been used. This box is a plainer one - but it is the old box that they were sold in, as photographed.
They are all nice and clean - and of course with no chips and damage-free.
The pattern is called Templemore. There is a reference number on the box. The overall height of each glass is 3 1/2 inches. The diameter at the top is just over 3 inches and the foot is just over 2 1/4 inches,
They are certainly a most attractive pattern - with intricate diamond hobnail cut bowl, surface and a deeply etched star pattern on the base. They fit nicely in the head with a good bit of weight to them.
These were hand-made in the Republic of Ireland and the design is now a much sought-after one - as the pattern is discontinued.
I am listing these for sale at £25 each - so the set of six will be £150. This is a very fair pricing for a complete set. I have a second set also available in my store.
