It is also a large size - and in pristine vintage condition, I don't think that it has ever been used before. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis lovely traditional Buchan pattern features a stylized abstract thistle on one side - and on the other side is a wee group of Scottish bluebells. These are all hand-painted decorations. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDimensions: Height 9 1\/2 inches - and handle to spout it 9 1\/2 inches. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe thistles design is a traditionally popular pattern in the Buchan Stoneware range. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe rarity of this large Buchan Portobello pottery teapot is reflected in my asking price for it.
