The is one of two similar Rosenthal Plates in my online shop that have been designed by Bele Bachem for Rosenthal, Germany
They both date to the 1960s - and are fully marked to the back of each plate, as photographed.
The plates are made of porcelain and are triangular in shape with three rounded corners.
This one features a pretty young girl in pedal pusher slacks, a pink blouse and a large sun hat. She is resting in an orchard in the mid-day sun.
There is a tree covered with flitting birds to the right - and in the mid-distance, there is a little man sitting in a horse-drawn cart and going along a dust road in the fields and towards the hills in the far distance.
Each side of the plate is 7 3/4 inches.
It is in good condition with no damages or condition issues.
If you would like both of my Bele Bachem plates, then I would be happy to cap postage at £4.95 for the two of them in the UK.
