They are genuine Victorian examples, and definitely NOT reproductions and look fabulous on display. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are nicely modelled examples and have yellow-painted eyes, as photographed. They are a matched pair, as created. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach dog has a little gold-coloured collar with a padlock and a gold chain - the gilding is on the collar and fur is present - but has a little rubbing with handling over the decades.   \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI love the mustard band around each dog's muzzle - and its little red mouth. They each have a firing airhole on their back and the base. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are without any major damages - no nasty cracks, chips or restoration. They are made from moulds and have a pronounced mould seam along the back of each dog, as photographed. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eMy doggies are attractive and will look fabulous on a country kitchen dresser or a fireplace in a Victorian parlour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a large pair - Height: 11 inches.
