Label to Base","description":"\u003cp\u003eThis is a gorgeous vintage Scottish paperweight.  It is made by Perthshire Paperweights - and has its original paper Perthshire label on the base.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a really beautiful example and this is reflected in my asking price - with a grand total of thirteen red, white, and blue twist spokes and all the tiny millefiori canes - it must have taken a very long time and great skill to make.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a larger size - it measures about 2 inches in height and with a diameter at the widest point of about 3 inches. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe ground is a pretty sugar pink colour on the ground and a polished pontil.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs mentioned it has a total of thirteen spokes which issues from the central rosette.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe central rosette is very pale yellow and pink. There are canes in each section between the spokes - these are pale yellow, lilac, and peppermint green. Again, as you often find with Perthshire weights, all the coloured canes are very subtle and attractive pastel shades.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAs you can see it is a most intricate and exquisite weight - and all the canes and latticino twists are very fine.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is in fine vintage condition for display - no chips or cracks.
