Hellsten called them \"ölgubbe\" (beer man). He made these strange Swedish characters popular in the 1960s and 1970s and many of his designs have this typical face or organic form. More abstracted patterns similar to these more representational items appear on his bottles and vases. They are all very sculptural pieces of modern Swedish glass. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cspan data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eThe height of the beer glass is 20 cm and the diameter is 9.8 cm. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBoth are in perfect condition with no damage.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are now much sought after and I have priced these at £40 for each glass. They have come from my own personal collection and I bought them at a vintage shop on a trip to Copenhagen about 20 years ago.
