It dates to around the 1950s. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has a little polished pontil that you find on pieces of Monart glass - but this is a piece of later Vasart glass - with an etched signature on the base.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is certainly a stunning Vasart vase with lovely pastelcolours and wee swirls. I also like in this one that the glass is very speckled in detail all over. It makes for a lively pattern over the body of the vase. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe base colour is a sugar pink shade from which issues all around green and peppermint swirls with lilac and rose pink coloured swirls, as photographed. The colours are a bit brighter in \"real life\". It is such a lovely Vasart vase, and you wont be disappointed with it. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExcellent condition with no chips or cracks.     \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNice larger size measuring 7 inches in height. The vase flares out towards the rim. The rim at the top measures 7 1\/2 inches. The diameter of the base is 3 1\/2 inches.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eI have listed at a fair price for a larger piece of vintage Vasart studio glass.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDue to its size - it would have to be sent with Royal Mail Tracked.
