It dates to around the 1950s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has a little polished pontil that you find on pieces of Monart glass - but this is a piece of later Vasart glass - with an etched signature on the base.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is certainly a pretty vase with quite subtle, pale pastel shades of lilac and purples.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe base colour is a warm blue-grey shade from which issues all around pretty purple, lilac, and pink coloured swirls, as photographed. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eExcellent condition with no chips or cracks.    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNice larger size measuring 7 1\/2 inches in height. The vase flares out towards the rim.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe rim at the top measures 8 inches.
