Pink Flower","description":"\u003cp\u003eThis is a lovely vintage Caithness Glass paperweight made by Jack Allan in 1973 \/ 1974, It is titled on the base: FLOWER IN THE RAIN. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003ePlease note this is a superior vintage Caithness Glass issue and not the later Royal Mint one. This earlier Caithness one is of better quality - with finer modelling of the flower and more controlled bubbles in the clear crown section. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIt is also a nice large size - and is 3 inches in height - with a diameter of 3 inches. The weight has a dark, almost black glass base. It is spherical in shape and has a polished base. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIn the centre is a pretty pink flower with bright green leaves below - as published - and around a network of tiny decorative controlled air bubbles.  \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIt is in good condition with no chips or scratches. \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eIt comes in its original top-quality Caithness Paperweights presentation box - with its original leaflet inside - all as photographed. The box is nice and clean as well  and is a great item for your paperweight collection - or just as a gift.
