Mottled Pale Pink, Blush Pink and Purple \u0026 Lots of Copper Aventurine Flakes. 8 inches high","description":"\u003cp\u003eThis is a fabulous piece of genuine Monart Glass from the 1920s \/ 1930s. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a very large bulbous piece - and the more unusual colours and the amount of gold aventurine flecks in the top section are just so pretty. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe colours are a mottled sugar pink \/ lilac to the base - this travels up the main body of the vase and turns into a dusky pink and then purple with more flecks of this shade to the rim. The transition is very subtle. I have photographed these for you - it has been a little tricky and the vase is cased in clear glass and this has made it very shiny and reflective when I was taking my photographs. I hope they do this beautiful vase justice - it certainly looks much better in real life!  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt dates to around the 1930s. It has the typical raised Monart polished pontil mark on the base, as photographed. The original paper label is present, as photographed. The label says that this vase is SA VI (the second largest size in this shape).  \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is certainly an stunning Monart vase - and the pink shades are quite appealing with the purple and all the copper \/ gold additions.
