It is a nice large size with a rim diameter of 9 1\/2 inches. It is 4 1\/2 inches in height and has a foot diameter of 4 1\/2 inches. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a more unusual shape for a Monart Bowl. It has an applied foot. The bowl section is rounded (like a pudding bowl shape) and it flares out to a wide rim at the top, all as photographed. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe colour of the foot and bowl section is more of a pale sky blue shape and the rim is a slightly darker more petrol blue shade. The rim and top of the bowl section has sprinkles of gold aventurine, again as photographed.  The glass looks quite a lighter colour with the sunshine filtered through it - or a little dark on display in a room corner. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe base is polished and there is a raised circular pontil mark (as you might find in earlier Monart pieces)  The paper label which would have originally sat on the raised pontil is now missing.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAs you can see from my photographs - it is an interesting piece and looks great on display.
