Size X\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a smaller size just over 6 inches in height. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eMy vase has the typical \"double\" polished pontil, that you find on pieces of Monart glass - the raised central disk would have originally had a gold paper Monart label on it - but sadly, this is no longer present. Not signed - but Monart pieces never had a signature - so that is not a worry.  \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThere is NO etched Vasart mark and no later leaping salmon mark either - which again would back up my attribution to an earlier Monart piece. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIt is certainly a pretty example of vintage Scottish glass with such attractive colours. The base section of the vase has a light-mottled sugar pink tone - which issues lots of slightly darker rose pink and lilac-coloured swirls.  The rim section is a subtle peppermint-grey shade. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn good vintage condition with no damages. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIt is a more simple and smaller piece of Monart -  with a height of 6 inches. The diameter at the top is 5 inches. The base has a diameter of 3 1\/2 inches. The weight unpacked is just about 420 grams.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eA fair asking price for a most collectable piece of old Scottish Art Glass.
