They are finely modelled and very delicate so easily damaged. The pottery \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan class=\"yADgie\"\u003ebegan producing porcelain miniatures and wildlife figures from the workshop at Kings Cross on the Isle of Arran\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c!--TgQPHd|||[]--\u003e\u003cspan class=\"yADgie\"\u003e. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c!--TgQPHd|||[]--\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThese are original figurines of bird models that have the Arran stamp or labels on the base, as photographed.  \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eAlastair Dunn continued to make these models throughout the 70s,  until his death in 1986. They were very popular with tourists to Arran and are now much sought after by collectors.
