They were made by Maruhon in the 1920s or 1930s. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThey are lovely old sugar shakers or perhaps pepper pots. They take the form of lighthouses. They are both so sweet, and I love all the little plants growing around the doors. The lighthouse top has holes for the sugar or flour to be shaken out off. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eEach shaker fills from the base - and is sealed with a stopper. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe maker's name is also on the base of each lighthouse. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBoth come from my own collection and are in excellent condition with no damages. They are both nice and clean. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe green-capped one is 5 1\/2  inches in height and the slightly smaller one is 5 inches.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eBoth will be sent to you by Royal Mail Tracked post in the UK.
