It probably dates to the 1970s or early 1980s.    \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has a label for Mazzega Murano on the base - the label has been slightly rubbed and it is difficult to make out the maker's name - but turned to the light you can just make out the maker's name. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe paperweight has a flat polished base - as you find on a number of Murano weights. The main ground colour is white and it has an applied floral motif to centre and this is surround witih a border of millefiori canes.  \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has a tiny fleabite to the side - which you don't see when the weight is on display - and I have reduced my price to take this into consideration.
