The title of the weight is Aladdin.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt was made in 1990 by the celebrated Caithness glass designer, Colin Terris (CT- 716). It is from a limited edition of 250 (closed at 181) and this one is No. 156  The issue price was £140.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: 0.875rem;\"\u003eIt is a sphertical weight with a two roses of cut-away and polished facets on the outer edge. There are nine of these in total. There is also a larger polished viewing facet on the top. It is a darkly coloured weight - and would benefit from being displayed in a bright light to illuminate all the details. There is a little purple coloured air-bubble inside and trails of very fine blue ribbons hooping around this. There is no base on the weight - it is all the one clear and dark Topaz coloured glass.   \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAn interesting Scottish weight - in good vintage condition and looks great in your collection.
