It is made by Perthshire Paperweights.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt does not have a P cane - but early Perthshire weights did not always have a cane in them. It does still retain its original paper label on the base, as photographed.  This is a PP1 design.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is a little bijoux size weight about 1 3\/4 inches in height and with a diameter at the widest point of about 2 1\/4 inches.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe ground is a rich dark blue colour.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has a total of twelve short spokes at the circumference in white, green and lilac twists. There is a central rosette of millefiori canes.
