It is made by Perthshire Paperweights. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt has a P cane in the centre. It is a large  size and measures 3 inches in diameter. 2 inches in height. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe ground is a rich Royal Blue Colour with lots of tiny inset millefiori canes. These look like lace.  It has a total of twelve short spokes at the circumference in pink and blue twists. There is a central rosette made up of the usual double circle of millefiori canes, mostly in rose pink and blue shades. There are canes in each section between the spokes. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is in fine vintage condition for display with no chips, cracks or surface scratches.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThere is a pontil mark on the base which has been polished to form a halo ring.
