This is a very decorative old confectionary tin.
It dates to the late 1950s or early 1960s.
It is a large family size - and the tin measures: 23.5 cm in diameter with a height of 17.5 cm.
I have taken lots of images of the tin for your inspection.
Given it is nearly 70 years old - it is in good vintage condition - with no major condition issues - a few little shallow dings to the side of the tin - but hardly noticeable and mentioned for accuracy.
You would not be disappointed with it - and it is great item and large size for you to store things in your kitchen - or for crafting items.
The interior is nice and clean - so if you lined the inside with tin foil or greaseproof paper - you could happily use it to store large cakes etch.
The tin has a red slide - and the body colours are white, yellow, orange and black.
The title of the selection is in oval black lozenges that read: Rich / Toffee & Chocolate Assortment. There are a total of four of them.
Love the photographic image of the little girl who is obviously taking great delight in Hollands Toffees - especially at the price of only 9d per quarter pound.
The tin details some of the most delightful flavours: Snow Mints Hazel Nut Glory, Strawberry Sweetheart, Coconut Supreme, Fiesta Brazil, Glorious Devon, Jamaican Rumbutts, Malt Roll etc - they don't have such tempting flavours these days!
