This is a harder-to-find early TG Green Cornishware Kitchen Storage Jar.
It is lettered to the front TAPIOCA and has the early Green Church Gresley Mark on the base. This mark was used on pots made in the 1930s - so this one is now nearly 100 years old.
For a pot of this age - it is in good condition. It has no chips or cracks. The interior is nice and clean with no staining. The lid is original to the pot and fits nice and snuggly. There is a little manufacturing flaw in the rim - this is a ding that was filled in with the blue glaze. This is not a chip and was created when the pot was made.
The pot is a nice larger size - it is 5 3/4 inches in height and has a diameter of 4 1/4 inches. My asking price takes into consideration its age, condition, and size - as well as the rare lettering on the front.
I have taken lots of images for your inspection.
It will be sent to you in the UK with Royal Mail Recorded Post. It will have to be classified as a medium size parcel. This will cost £6.95 and applied to your order at the checkout.
