This is a lovely little vintage Sommerso geode Italian glass bowl.
I love these little geometric chunky bowls.
The interior colour is a rich cobalt blue and it is cased on the outside with a thick layer of clear glass.
This one is in excellent vintage condition with no chips or cracks. It has been a little tricky to photograph with all the angles in this piece - any white marks in my photographs are not on the glass - but are simply reflections.
A nice size for display - measuring 4 inches in diameter and with a height of 2 inches.
It weighs 620 grams in weight.
