ICONIC EDINBURGH UK POSTAGE COSTS. Updated APRIL 2026
We have been recently having to constantly update postage costs so I have decided to make a page listing that I can easily update for you with our current postage charges. I hope that this will give you a rough idea of how much your parcel might cost to post.
This list below features the most recent shipping costs - and it may supercede any shipping prices on the item or product description. Sorry about that - I just can't keep up with the Royal Mail increases in prices !!! They are for instance currently charging an extra £2 for a signed for service.. yikes!

New Increased Royal Mail and Parcelforce Postage Rates have been introduced on April 2026. This is basically the price they are charging Iconic to post to you. We do not make any profit from postage to you.
If you have overpaid for any shipping service - I will notice this and refund overpayments. We always try to get the best and safest postage rate for your items. We pack with great care.
ICONIC EDINBURGH'S UK SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer FREE Delivery for orders OVER £40 in the Edinburgh Area. We might be able to deliver lower priced items if your address is in the central Edinburgh zone (please check with us).
BELOW ARE OUR POSTAGE RATES WHICH WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER AT CHECKOUT. Sorry about the length - I have tried to streamline this for you - postage quotes can often be a bit of a minefield.
LARGE LETTER (used mostly for jewellery and tiny items will be send in a flat sturdy box). This would be Royal Mail Tracked48 (Signed Service and insured service at £4.95 - we would refund any postage overpayments on small lower priced items that dont need insurance in transit.
For parcels they will always be with ROYAL MAIL costs will be as follows. Most will be with a signed for service for your own protection; lower priced items could be sent without the signature - and if we do this we will refund any overpayments you have made.
SMALL PARCELS Tracked24 Signed will be about £6.25; Tracked48 Signed will be about £5.25
LARGE PARCELS (up to 2 kg) Tracked24 Signed will be about £8.15; Tracked48 Signed will be about £7.15
LARGE PARCELS (over 2 kg) Tracked 24 Signed will be about £10.15; Tracked 48 will be about £8.95
Pictures and larger & heavier valuable items would be capped at £24.95

Thickness up to and including: 0.5cm Weight limit: 100g
Small Parcels not exceeding: Length: 45cm Width: 35cm
Depth: 16cm Weight limit: 2kg
Medium Parcels not exceeding: Length: 61cm Width: 46cm
Depth: 46cm Weight limit: 20kg
