This is a fabulous larger Royal Lancastrian vase of Double Gourd Form.
It has a fine shape and a very attractive mottle blue glaze.
This shape is a harder to find one - and this is reflected in my asking price.
The vase is In fine vintage condition with no damages, as photographed.
It is a larger size at 9 1/2 inches in height.
The diameter at the widest point is 7 inches.
Certainly a very large and dramatic Pilkington's piece - with small geometric ripples around the base - and lobed sides. Looks fabulous on display.
On the base, there are impressed Royal Lancastrian mark and model number 2335.
Because of its larger size - I will not be able to send with the Royal Mail. It will be sent with Parcelforce48, tracked and signed. Sadly, this pushes up the postage quote on this lovely piece of Pilkingtons.
