This is a vintage chromo-lithograph printed vintage nursery rhyme poster.
It was published in the 1960s - and was designed to be hung in a classroom or child's bedroom. The illustration is for the rhyme - Sing a Song of Sixpence. The lyrics are printed - and the scene shows the King and Queen in the Counting House.
It was always expected to bit of a more disposable item.
It is not printed on the best quality paper and was folded up into an A4-sized oblong shape when it was sold. There are some noticeable folds to the sheet - these could possibly be hammered out if you were wanting to frame the sheet - or left as is.
As you can see from all the images - the old poster is in good vintage condition. There are no nasty tears, scribbles etc - and all the colours are vibrant and bright.
As mentioned these are now rarer survivors.
