Very Rare Set of Antique Papier Mache Decorative Mouldings or Furniture / Wall Applique Consisting of Three Lions Heads, Garlands and Roses, all in good condition.
Some dimensions:: the largest garland is 20 cm across. Each lion mask measures 7 x 6 cm and with a height of 3 cm. The little oval palmettes measure 7.5 x 3.5 cm.
These decorations would be applied to your walls or furniture and then painted to match - or would be covered in gold and gilded.
Hardly any of these antique examples now survive - these are certainly items for the more specialist collector of interior decoration collectables.
