This is a fabulous ice bucket - which I have personally owned for many years.
It was always kept carefully on display and never used so in pretty good condition.
It dates to the late 1960s and was made in Japan - as annotated on the base.
The exterior is a nice white enamel with an atomic design in black running around the base.
It comes complete with its original internal white plastic drip tray to stop the ice scratching the interior - the interior is lined with white plastic (smell and stain free) to make it more insulated.
It also has its original chrome ice tongs - these are designed to fit into the little slots in the knop on the top of the lid.
The lid is made of hard black plastic with a thick chrome trim.
Nice chrome carry handle.
As you can see from my images - a lovely example and in such really fine condition.
The rarity and condition are reflected in my asking price for this attractive and a harder to find example.
Please also see my identical one - which has a brushed silver and black coloured exterior.
