This is a fine vintage Norwegian Silver Little Serving Spoon or Long Handled Caddy Spoon.
It probably dates to the early 1920s.
I have another pair of slightly smaller matching ones also on offer in my store.
It is marked 830S with a little Bird Mark and the letters NM on the back of the handle as photographed.
The "NM" mark often present in Norwegian silver is the abbreviation of "Norskt Mönster" meaning Norwegian pattern. It is a kind of a copyright mark for Norway,
I think that the little bird mark is for Brodrene Mylius and this is the Tele Pattern.
It is beautifully made with a scrolling foliate handle.
The spoon is 5 1/2 inches (13.7 cm in length). The bowl is 5 x 4.7 cm.
It is in very good vintage condition with no dents, nasty scratches or inscriptions.
A nice piece of old Scandinavian silver for your collection.
