This is a bit on an unusual colour scheme for this cute little figurine designed for Royal Worcester by Freda Doughty.
This is little Tommy - shown with the more unusual brown hair (he is usually shown with yellow locks). He wears a little cream coloured smock / shirt, and little pale blue shorts.
The backstamp is printed in black with a little "W" date mark for the year 1950. He is 10.5 cm in height.
As you can see he is very sweet - and of course in perfect condition with no damages.
