This is an early Vasart Glass vintage paperweight - made in Scotland in the 1950s.
There is a thin cobalt-blue ground, into which the millefiori canes are placed. This finish on this one suggests an early date.
There is a large orange central cane. This is very surrounded by a ring of bright lemon-yellow canes. There are eight thick white latticinio canes from the rosette section out to the edge. In between each spoke there are white, blue, and peach-toned canes.
The clear crown or dome - is a little more clear-grey in colour, again suggesting an older weight.
The diameter is 2 1/4 inches and the height is 1 3/4 inches. No damages or scratches to the glass. Fair price for this fine vintage paperweight.
